Moved by the plight of a few unfortunate souls around him, he realised the need for an organisation that will focus on the marginalised section of the society. A dedicated focus, followed by untiring efforts, gave shape to his long cherished dream. A dream where he can do his bit for the less fortunate souls around him.

He started his career as a travelling salesman with a Swiss firm. His hardworking skills made him work his way up to the point, when he became the pioneer in wrist watch dial manufacturing in India. He deservingly holds the epithet, father of the wrist watch dial industry in India. Buoyed by the success, ably supported by his dedication and hard work, he created another path-breaking brand, Swiss Military. A lifestyle brand of global repute, Swiss Military has grown into a brand with a presence in more than 26 countries, all over the world. This feat speaks volumes about Mr. Ashok Sawhney’s business acumen & entrepreneurial skills.

An author of many books, published poet, Mr. Ashok Sawhney is also the recipient of many awards. It’s noteworthy that after leaving his indelible mark in the corporate world, he has joined hands with Aashirwad, to give shape to his CSR & community development initiatives.
